Team-building with a fun factor

Bettles for teams

A prediction game as a format that jumps across departments and hierarchies. Your own clubs, your own currency, your own rules.

Every company has two kinds of team-building events: the ones everyone joins, and the ones everyone *has* to join. Bettles is the first kind — because sport does the work.

You set up a private club for your team, your department or the whole company. Inside that club a Bettle runs over a season, a tournament or a single matchday — league, Champions League, World Cup, whatever fits the mood. Staff predict against each other for weeks with virtual coins (or real stakes, if you want).

What sets Bettles apart from an Excel pool: real odds, dynamic standings, elimination drama, clear payout rules. What sets it apart from a classic pool: every pick can be more or less risky, and bold picks pay off.

Three examples

What corporate Bettles look like

Office prediction pool

The whole department predicts a World Cup or league season together. Your own in-joke currency (watt-hours, trees, push-ups) instead of money.

Team-building event

A Champions League knockout as a season-long event with your branding. The company puts up the pot — staff play against each other at real odds, not against an operator.

Donation pool

A Bettle with trees as the currency. At the end of the season the company donates the corresponding number of trees to a reforestation project. CSR with a fun factor.

What you get

Effects over the season

A shared talking point over weeks or months.

Interaction across departments and hierarchies.

Currency freely chosen — money optional, never required.

No corporation in the middle pocketing the margin.

Self-explanatory onboarding with no IT overhead.

Setup

How it works in practice

A partner club is set up by the Bettles team — including your branding, your member configuration and the currency of your choice. An admin from your team manages the invites and the Bettle itself; technical effort on your side: practically zero.

Season Bettles typically run over 4 to 38 matchdays. We configure the rules (elimination on / off, stake range, prediction deadline) together with you. If you play with real stakes, the money keeps flowing directly between your staff — Bettles itself receives nothing and adds nothing.
